3 characters of spiritual parents are:
A mother- 1 Thessalonian2:7 "but we were gentle among you, like a mother caring for her little children." Every sheep need a caring mother! They need the delicate touch of a mother to nurture and to mold them!
A brother- 1 samual20:4 "Jonathan said to David, ' whatever you want me to do, I'll do for u.' " Brotherly love and friendship is important for a spiritual parents too!!
A Father- 1 Thessalonian2:11-12 "For you know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children, encouraging comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of god, who calls you into his kingdom and glory." A father which is able to encourage, empower, comfort and to urge our sheep to live lives worthy of god.
Yea there is more but not typing out :) so now how are we going to disciple our sheep???
Okay and yea i learn something during my Quiet time! Erm... Mark 10:21-22 "(21)Jesus looked at him and loved him. ' One thing you lack,' he said. 'Go sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come follow me.(22)At this the man's face fell. He went away sad , because he had great wealth." How much are we able to sacrifice to follow god?? Ya this man asked Jesus " what must i do to inherit eternal life?" and Jesus told him to give up his wealth but he was disappointed as he is unable to give up his wealth! Yea in life sometimes we really found following God is really hard because we are unable to give up some other things in our life! I quit my CCA(band) I've got one Gold ward and one Gold With Honours in SYF and got 30 plus 40 plus cca points? Which can get like two A1s??haha... But i left band to follow god!!! And i really believe if we are able to give and sacrifice something to follow god, we will be rewarded back accordingly. And whatever we give up for god now, God will store it up as treasures in heaven for us and return us a 10000+++ times more!!! Just like a bank which has high high high interest rate!!! haha So yea lets invest all our precious things and treasure which are on earth in God!!
